We have several delivery options available, meaning you can choose the timeframe that suits you best.

Our standard delivery is £4.95 (or free, if you spend over £100) and ensures your goodies are despatched and delivered within 2-4 working days. Alternatively (and if you REALLY can't wait!) our next day delivery service is £6.95 (please note that we do need your orders by 2pm the preceding day, and orders placed on a Friday will arrive before noon the following Monday, unless you specifically book a Saturday delivery, which is £9.95). Not all items are eligible for next-day delivery, and if this is the case it will say so on the product page. Where possible, however, we try to make the magic happen!

We totally get how upsetting it is to look forward to receiving new homeware and discovering it's damaged when it arrives.

We take every care to ensure that our products are carefully packaged before they're despatched but accidents do happen. If your item arrives damaged or broken, please be assured that we'll do everything we can to fix the issue. Absolutely. If your home accessories aren’t quite right, you can return them within our returns window (30 days), provided they’re unused and in their original packaging. We aim to make returns straightforward, because shopping for your home should always feel stress-free.

No problem. If a gift isn’t quite their style, you can return it within the 30-day returns period, no questions asked. Just make sure it’s unused and in original packaging, and we’ll take care of the rest!
