Shipping policy

Our delivery service is speedy and reliable to get your order to you quickly.  We use DPD Carbon Neutral Service for the majority of our deliveries alongside our specialist White Glove Courier service for furniture and large fragile items. All orders are tracked so you can sit back, relax and know that your order is in safe hands!

Standard Delivery £4.95 - Dispatched & delivered within 2-4 working days. 

Next Day Delivery £6.95 - Orders placed by 2pm Mon-Thurs will be delivered the next working day. 
Orders placed by 2pm on Fri will be delivered before noon the following Mon.
Some items are not available for Next Day Delivery, this is indicated on the product page.

Saturday Delivery £9.95 - Orders placed before 2pm on a Friday can be selected for delivery for the following Saturday.

White Glove Courier Service £15.00 - UK mainland addresses only. Please see the latest information on how our Specialist Courier Service is delivering safely to you below. Delivered within 7-14 working days unless otherwise specified on the product page. Please note that this service does not include assembly.

UK Isles & Highlands - Standard Delivery £14.95 - Dispatched & delivered within 1-6 working days. We are unable to offer next day or Saturday delivery to these areas.
