Please note: For multiple box deliveries, they can sometimes become split up, which means they can consequently arrive within 24 hours of each other.
All of our delivery dates are estimated and whilst we will always do our very best to get your items to you within the estimated time, sometimes things happen that are beyond our control and we may need a bit more time. On these occassions we will endeavour to contact you with this information but please feel free to contact our lovely customer services team on 01444 253391 or email contact@rockettstgeorge for confirmation or an update on your delivery date.
UK Standard Delivery
We use a tracked delivery service as standard and aim to have your order with you in approximately 3 working days. Please check the product page for items you have ordered to see exceptions to the UK Standard delivery lead time. Please note that multiple item deliveries may incur a further charge.
UK Next Day Delivery - order by 3pm
We use a courier with tracking to provide a next working day delivery service. Order before 3pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery. Order Friday for Monday delivery and at the Weekend for Tuesday delivery.
Please note that some items may not be available for next day delivery. If you purchase next day for these products then they will be dispatched on an upgraded service once available - please see delivery details on the product page.
UK Large / Fragile Item Delivery
Delivery is approximately 2-3 weeks from order and items are delivered by our personal courier service where you will be notified of a date and time to suit you.
Some items may not be available on a Large / Fragile Item Service and dates are estimated only – please check the product page for more information.
Click and Collect from our Sussex Warehouse
Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation when your order is ready for collection. Please wait to be contacted with a collection slot and time before travelling to our warehouse.
Please refer to the date on your order confirmation for an estimated date of arrival to RSG. The arrival of pre-ordered items can be subject to change and/or delays. Pre-order items will be dispatched after they have arrived into stock and have been through quality control, using the service you have selected at the checkout. If your item requires our Large / Fragile Item delivery service this can take an additional 2-3 weeks to arrive with you. If your estimated delivery date has expired and you would like an update please email the team: firstname.lastname@example.org (please note that the team will not be able to give you an update unless the date estimated has passed).
