  1. FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £150

    How much do I need to spend to qualify for free delivery?

    We offer free delivery on our Mainland UK Delivery Services including our Specialist Courier Delivery on orders over £150.

    What delivery services are included?

    Mainland UK Standard Delivery (within 3 working days) - £5.95 on orders under £150

    Mainland UK Longer Delivery (see products for lead time) - £5.95 on orders under £150

    Specialist Courier Delivery (within 7-14 working days) - £35 on orders under £150

    What delivery services are excluded?

    Unfortunately, we cannot offer this on orders being delivered outside of Mainland UK or to postcodes that fall under our Highlands & Islands service. (Please refer to this service under our Delivery Terms & Conditions for clarification.)

  2. PREMIUM SPECIALIST COURIER SERVICE - COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS

    December 2020 Update

    We are currently experiencing some delays in delivering our Large & Fragile items. You will receive your order within 4 weeks of ordering. Please note our Premium Specialist Courier Company will not be operating from 25th December to 4th January 2021.

    Unfortunately due to the current Covid-19 restrictions our Premium Specialist Courier Company have taken the decision to once again suspend the service to assemble beds, large tables etc. or any assembly work that requires the use of tools.

    Simple assembly not requiring tools – e.g. attaching screw-in legs to sofas can still be carried out provided total onsite time – including unboxing – can remain within a 15 minute timespan.

    Our crews will continue to wear protective face masks and carry hand sanitiser / antiviral wipes as additional hygiene measures when entering / exiting customers’ homes. Where unpacking is requested our crews will do as much as they can externally, taking all necessary precautions to protect items in the event of inclement weather.

    Customers will still be offered the option for an external delivery – items left in packaging - should that remain their preference – and of course we request at all times they maintain a safe minimum 2-metre distance from our crews whilst we deliver.

    We will continue to collect items previously delivered for return including the offer the option to repackage these, preferable externally, if customers are unable to do so prior to our arrival.

    We will continue with contactless deliveries – customers will not be required to sign handheld devices – instead we will take a photograph of items at point of delivery – uploaded to PODFather – as evidence of the delivery.

    We send our parcels via DPD and they unfortunately apply a surrcharge to the following areas meaning that in line with our Fast & Fair Delivery Policy, we need to charge a little bit more:

  4. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK

    International delivery outside of the United Kingdom

    We are a British Company based in the UK happy to share our beautiful items and send them overseas where we can. We use DHL Express where delivery costs are based on the weight of the order and we include taxes and duty in our prices. Unfortunately, not all items are available for International delivery.

    How can I see what items are available for International delivery?

    The quickest way to see if we can deliver what you're after is by ensuring you have the correct Country selected for your delivery. On desktop, make sure SHIPPING TO in the top left corner has the flag of your Country. Click on it to change Country and Currency. On mobile, tap on the burger menu, select the Currency tab and make sure the flag of your Country is showing. Tap it to change Country and Currency.

    How much will it cost for International delivery?

    Delivery costs are based on the weight and desitination of your order. To get an accurate cost, make sure your SHIPPING TO Country is selected as outlined above, add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping bag and enter your delivery Zip Code, you will then see an estimated cost. If no shipping options are available then unfortunately we cannot ship one or more of your items overseas.

    How long does International delivery take?

    Typically orders are delivered via DHL Express within 2-7 days of placing your order.

    What can I do if no shipping options are available on my order?

    If you would like to purchase an item that is not available for International delivery on the website, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the products you would like to buy and where you would like them delivered and we will check if there is anything we can arrange for you. Please note, we cannot deliver items that require our Specialist Premium Courier outside of Mainland UK.

  5. ITEMS CARRYING LONGER DELIVERY TIMES

    Sometimes it is not always possible for us to dispatch items to you as quickly as we would hope. The following types of products carry a longer delivery time but we promise you - they're worth the wait!

    Wallpaper

    Not all wallpapers are held in stock in our Sussex warehouse. Delivery times vary between suppliers and collections so please check individual wallpaper product pages for specific lead times.

    Unfortunately next day delivery is not available on all wallpaper. If you purchase next day delivery then your delivery will be upgraded as soon as it is ready for dispatch.

    Wall Stickers

    Our wall stickers are made to order so delivery will be approximately 5-7 working days.

    Paint

    Our paint ranges are mixed to order, so delivery will be approximately 5-7 working days. We regret that we can only send paint to mainland UK addresses.

    Bespoke / Personalised Orders

    Our bespoke and personalised items take approximately 7-14 days for delivery. Please contact one of our lovely customer service team if you require your personalised/bespoke item for a specific delivery date 01444 253391 or [email protected].

    Large & Fragile Delivery Service

    We aim to have all large and fragile items delivered within 7-14 days. Once your order has been placed we will contact you with delivery date options via our personal courier service. Please contact one of our lovely customer service team if you need your furniture delivered by a specific date 01444 253391 or [email protected]. We regret that we are currently unable to send large and fragile items overseas.

    Pre-Order Products

    All Pre-Order products will have a week commencing expected delivery date stated on the product page and on your order confirmation. This date is for guidance only, we hope to exceed your expectations and deliver early but unfortunately, there is a chance that due to circumstances outside of our control your delivery may be later than we would hope and if this is the case, we will endeavour to communicate the new expected date to you.

    All delivery times and charges are as per the standard delivery method for that product e.g. delivery will be from the estimated w/c delivery date, choose next day if available for a quicker, upgraded delivery and Large/Fragile items will still incur the delivery charge and lead time.

  6. FREE DELIVERY CODES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Free Delivery Codes

    Valid free delivery codes can be only be redeemed against our UK Standard Delivery service. They are not redeemable against any other delivery method and therefore are not valid on specialist courier items such as Large / Fragile items.

    Free delivery codes are not eligible for use in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, including sale.

    Where's your order?

    If your expected delivery date has passed and you are still without your delivery then please contact the customer services team immediately.

    We are unable to investigate any parcels after 28 working days.

  7. ARRANGING YOUR OWN COURIER COLLECTION

    If we cannot deliver an item to you due to it being too large or fragile to deliver outside of the UK, you can arrange your own courier to collect your order from our Sussex Warehouse.

    Ordering process:

    1. Complete our form to arrange your own courier collection from our Sussex Warehouse.
    2. One of our customer service team will contact you within approximately 48 hours to confirm your order and arrange payment.
    3. Once payment is placed and you have an order number, complete our Courier Collection Form and upload any courier labels that we need to affix to your order. (You can also email these to [email protected])
    4. Once you have submitted the form you will be emailed a copy, please ensure this is forwarded to your courier and that they bring a copy with them when collecting your order. Unfortunately, failure to produce this paperwork may result in us not being able to release your order.

    Please note, private courier collection is only available for Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Non-EU European and Rest of the World customers. This service is unfortunately currently not available for customers in the EU.
