Pre-order items: Please refer to the date on your order confirmation for an estimated date of arrival to RSG. The arrival of pre-ordered items can be subject to change and/or delays. Pre-order items will be dispatched after they have arrived into stock and have been through quality control, using the service you have selected at the checkout. If your item requires our Large / Fragile Item delivery service this can take an additional 2-3 weeks to arrive with you.
