When lighting the candle holder, remove the cap that protects the wick by turning it gently, then unscrew and remove the support and its wick. Fill with paraffin oil to the metal rod of the wick holder. Adjust the wick to protrude about 1 to 2mm (maximum) from its support, with the flame side on the outside. Screw the support and wick into place, and wait around five minutes for the wick to soak. Carefully light the wick and enjoy!
