The first thing to do is get your walls ready for application by cleaning them and ensuring they are dry. If this involves removing existing wallpaper or paint then do so. To ensure proper application and aid adhesion, cross-line the surface with lining paper and allow to dry completely. Paste the new wallpaper to your walls by using solvent-free, fungicide-protected ready-mixed adhesive, making sure to apply slightly wider than the width of the paper. Finally using a decorator’s brush, smooth down the print and remove any air bubbles, starting from the centre and working your way outwards.
