We offer standard and next-day delivery options during the Christmas period. To ensure your items arrive before Christmas, please check our cut-off dates for Pre-Christmas Delivery.

We don't offer pre-orders for our Christmas collection. However, we will be adding exciting new lines throughout September, October, and November 2024. To stay ahead and grab your favorite pieces before they sell out, we recommend regularly checking our New Christmas section. You can also sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on the latest arrivals and exclusive offers.

Place your order by 2pm on Friday 20th December for standard delivery or by 2pm on Monday 23rd December for Next Day Delivery to guarantee it arrives in time for Christmas.

Please note, delivery exclusions apply and some cut-off dates will be sooner than the 20th of December. We recommend checking the individual product pages for precise delivery times.

Our standard returns policy allows for returns within 30 days. However, to make your Christmas shopping stress-free, any items purchased from the 1st of November 2024 can be returned until the 14th of January 2025. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. This extended return period ensures you have plenty of time to exchange or return gifts after Christmas.
