We want you to love everything you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right within 30 days of placing your order, returning it is quick and simple.

Packaging Your Return
To help ensure your item reaches us safely, we kindly ask that all returns are packaged securely. Wherever possible, please reuse the original packaging and take extra care when wrapping delicate or breakable items.
Unfortunately, if an item is damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging, we may need to adjust your refund to reflect its condition upon arrival.

We understand that sometimes an item isn’t quite right — and that’s okay. If you need to return something, here’s how to package it up securely so it arrives back with us in perfect condition.

No Packaging? We Can Help
Need a return box?
If you no longer have suitable packaging, we can send you a Return Packaging Kit — including a box and protective wrap — to help you prepare your item safely for return.
Just request this when completing our returns form.
Returning a large item?
For larger pieces or white glove returns, we can advise on suitable packaging and offer collection support where needed. Use the returns form to get in touch, and we’ll help guide the next steps.
