Unsubscribe

If you change your mind after subscribing to our email newsletter or SMS text messages you can easily unsubscribe at any time.

Email Unsubscription:

If you no longer wish to receive emails from Rockett St George, you can simply click on the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any email communication sent by us.

Alternatively, you can email us at dataprotection@rockettstgeorge.co.uk or call us on 01444 253391 (phone lines open Monday to Friday 9:30 am - 5 pm, excluding bank holidays) with the email address you wish to unsubscribe from, and we'll take care of it for you.

Please note, if you place an order with us or sign up for an out-of-stock notification email, we may still contact you by email or telephone for order-related updates, but this won't re-subscribe you to our newsletter service.

SMS Text Message Unsubscription:

To opt-out of SMS text message communications, simply reply 'STOP' to our text message or email dataprotection@rockettstgeorge.co.uk with your subscribed mobile number, and we'll remove you from our SMS mailing list.
