In 2020, Rockett St George publicly pledged our support to the Design For Diversity Initiative. This initiative, which encompasses a three-point Pledge focusing on Visibility, Opportunity, and Accessibility, is our roadmap to fostering diversity within the design industry and beyond. We recognise that representation matters and are dedicated to creating opportunities for individuals from all backgrounds to thrive.
But our commitment doesn't stop there.

This year, we're excited to announce the introduction of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Courses for all our staff members. These courses are designed to educate, empower, and inspire our team to become advocates for change. In addition to our proactive initiatives towards diversity and inclusion, Rockett St George is proud to offer an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to all our staff members.
