Simply let us know that you wish to return an item within 90 days of purchase and then return the item to our Sussex Warehouse. We will then process your refund within 14 days of arrival with us.
Yes, you should have a returns form in your order, if not you can download a Returns Form or complete our Online Returns Form and print a copy to include in your parcel.

Yes, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to us.
Yes, we are happy to arrange a collection for you, this is charged at £2.95 for standard items and £35 for specialist courier items and can be arranged by contacting our Customer Service Team.
Yes, you can create a returns label & take your item to a DPD Dropoff Shop. This is charged at £4.50 per box for a standard delivery order. Specialist Courier items will need to have a collection arrange via our Customer Service Team.
Normally you can yes, you can return your item for free by dropping it off at our Mid Sussex Warehouse. However, due to Covid-19 our warehouse is currently closed to the public. Please contact our Customer Service team on 01444 253391 and they'll advise. We're open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays).

Proudly introducing our range of sustainably sourced furniture, the Rockett St George Bedside Table will make a stunning and inspiring statement in a bedroom scheme. Designed and made locally in the heart of Sussex, this innovative piece of bedroom furniture is intricately crafted using FSC birch plywood found in local skips. Reused and repurposed, this birch wood forms the structure of the casket using a water-based glue and lacquer for durability and longevity. This eclectic nightstand features a detailed, decorative front sourced from reclaimed FSC Tulip Wood finished in a gorgeous reeded design. Showcasing a rich, dark brown colour, the drawer is stained in a water-based dye which complements the details on the casket ever so beautifully. What’s more, the four spindle legs are made from upcycled locally sourced pallet wood and crafted into a sleek, thin shape giving the piece elegance in height and depth.
In future, we will also be supplying pallets from the Rockett St George warehouse to be upcycled into fabulous table legs. This sustainable bedside table measures 56cm in height, 49cm in width and 35cm in depth.
Conscious of minimising our carbon footprint, we have teamed up with the influential sustainable furniture maker, Jani Lemut. Working locally in Sussex, we quickly found Jani shares our passion for making use of the available resources at our immediate disposal. With his knowledge of furniture making using discarded materials and our expertise in design, we discovered how to use wasted wood pallet furniture, dried coffee grounds and FSC wood to create stylish and eco-conscious luxury furniture that can be treasured forever in your home.
