Taking some time out to visit the latest exhibitions and shows is great for recharging and it's particularly important during the darker winter months to get out of the house and experience some hot culture. So for that reason, we've created a round-up of things to do in November that you will love. Discover the hottest events and exhibitions to see in November below.

1. Tim Walker: Wonderful Things

On at the V&A, this wonderful and weird Tim Walker Exhibition is every bit as brilliant as we hoped. Celebrating the imaginative world of Tim Walker's fashion photography, reviews are glowing for this must-see exhibition. Tickets cost £15 for adults and cheaper rates are available for students, children, the disabled and carers. The exhibition is free for V&A members.

When? 21st September 2019 - 8th March 2020.

2. Winterland London

A Christmas pop-up with a steamy twist, Winterland London is back for another year. Seems like this one is going to be a lot of fun! Opening on the 7th of November 2019, expect boozy beverages, feasting tables, igloos, live music and... a hot tub! So, grab your tickets which start from £5 and have a festive day out for you and your mates. Or even as an alternative first date...

When? November 7th 2019 - May 2nd 2020.

3. Wildlife Photographer of the Year

A great one to visit for all of the family, explore the breathtaking wildlife photography of entrants to the Wildlife Photographer Awards including the work of 2019 winner; Yongqing Bao. Highlights include Sleeping like a Weddell by Ralf Schneider, Touching trust by Thomas P Peschak and Beach waste by Matthew Ware. Tickets for adults cost £13.95 and £8.25 for children. Jane: At the moment, in front of the fire but it changes regularly.

Lucy: My Kitchen, its where we all congregate as a family.

Lucy: Le Clique, Sexy cabaret, circus and general fabulousness held in the beautiful surrounds of a traditional 1920s Spiegeltent in Leicester Square.

Jane: Dark chocolate with a bit of sea salt when I'm being good and cheese when I'm being bad.

Lucy: Tea, Toast and Marmite ... !! It's a classic any time day or night.

The exciting project that I'll be working on at Rockett St George this month is...

Jane: We have had an influx of new own-brand designs and I am thoroughly enjoying styling all the photoshoots of these beautiful new pieces.

Lucy: Getting festive at Liberty, the Christmas windows and in-store Christmas spectacular are being revealed any minute. So I will be working with our concession team on styling and updating our concession offering to offer festive gifts and sumptuous homeware you will love to stay home and enjoy.

This month our foodie obsession has been taken up a level in true Rockett St George style. The culprits - Mike, Suzie, Gregg, and Kayleigh from RSG HQ who have undertaken the ultimate festive challenge. As self-proclaimed spreadsheet wizards, the team have taken their job very seriously this month and created a spreadsheet of their favourite mince pies - tried and tested by the RSG Team (we really do have the best jobs!).   1. Make your own! I made this floral hoop from an old embroidery hoop and some flowers that had been collecting dust in my loft
  2. Upcycle! I painted the old pine bed in the same colour as the walls (saved buying more paint) and also painted two old bedside tables in a pink that I had leftover!
  3. Instead of buying a new carpet, we scrubbed this one by hand (I managed to spill a crazy amount of paint on this one) until it looked like new 🙂 @rockettstgeorge.co.uk #myecotips  #rockettstgeorge
