Hello February!

Dear alcohol,

we're so sorry for neglecting you. Please take us back.

All our love,

Rockett St George x

Dry January is over!! A few of us held on by a thread (others fell off the wagon weeks ago), but the main thing is we all made it out the other side. Suitably, our competition this month revolves solely around booze, booze and more booze. Sorry...(#NotSorry)

RSG Hotlist Case

Pairing a good wine with delicious food is one of our favourite hobbies. We've just discovered Art House Wine, who specialise in contemporary drinking wines from small independent vineyards in Italy. Wines that, like Italy itself, marry rich rustic tradition with a cool urban style. All of their wines have been carefully selected. Not only do they taste amazing, but they look great too - we love a pretty label!

Dolcetto label

We've teamed up with them to give you the chance to try it for yourself and fall off that wagon in true style! Enter this month's hotlist competition win a case of their expertly chosen artisan wines. The lucky winner will receive 1 sparkling, 2 whites, 3 reds plus free delivery anywhere in the UK.

To be in with a chance of winning simply click the link above to be redirected to the competition page where you simply have to enter your name and email address. Good Luck! x

The big kid in us is totally over excited by this House Of Vans installation. Not only do the urban surroundings of the venue embody the ultimate industrial cool, but the event itself is an interactive musical playground.  Every movement you make creates a unique sound, in effect creating a giant musical instrument when you swing, slide or climb. Originally commissioned by the Fashion Space Gallery, London College of Fashion and developed in collaboration with musician Reeps One, the installation is inspired by the inherent joy of using playgrounds as a child.

The Polyphonic playground ends of the 21st February 2016 and is free entry. Watch the video here:

We've got our eye on Interior Blog 47 Park Avenue and its owner Michael Minns. There's nothing we love more than progress pics of a beautiful home being totally transformed by cool decor. 47 Park Avenue totally delivers. Who else dares to hang a stunning glass chandelier over a fabulous black roll top bath using industrial pipes? Bold interiors are the best interiors!

The transformation from a dusty beige and floral Yorkshire house to a glam and stylish Brooklyn-esque home is really impressive. In need of a new style crush? Look no further!

Electronic Superhighway is a major exhibition bringing together over 100 works to show the impact of computer and Internet technologies on artists from the mid-1960s to the present day. As an online company we thrive off the amazing developments that allow art to progress the way it has.

This exhibition brings together film, painting, sculpture and photography as well as interactive installations to show us how technology influences art and is constantly changing - and us with it! Tickets £13.50, finishes 15th May.

The Black Dove in Brighton caught our eye thanks to its amazingly eclectic interior that bursts with vintage flea market finds.

Perched on the end of St James street, this mysterious looking independent free house truly comes to life at night. Their curated clutter is a vintage-hoarders dream, where crooked paintings and dripping wax cover the dark green candlelit walls.

Their organic wines, international pale ales and award-winning beers and ciders are just the beginning of an amazing drinks selection. Their cocktail list is one of the best we've seen in Brighton and is beautifully presented on an authentic looking scroll.

Expect spinning records from blues to 30's, 40's and 50's vocal greats as well as a mix of newer tracks. In short? An absolute gem.

Though banned from making films by Irananian authorities since 2010, filmaker Jafar Panahi has created a funny and enchanting mockumentary that not only delights, but leaves you in awe of his bravery as a film maker. Taxi Tehran follows the journey of Panahi as a taxi driver as he documents the stories of his passengers. The film comments of the everyday challenges of Iranian life, but captures very human qualities of humour, goodwill and most importantly hope - something we can all relate to! It's out on DVD now. Don't miss!

We've fallen in love with Kinfolk's latest book 'Interiors For Slow Living', and are excited to now be stockists! Each page is bursting with enchanting living spaces from across the globe that have been carefully styled over time by the equally intriguing people who live there.

Thought provoking and uplifting, the heart of this book lies with the homeowners, and the ideas and values that helped them design their homes. One of our many highlights has got to be the home of Jonathan and Annabel Tuckey. They have converted a 19th century steel fabricators workshop into a stunning home. We are obsessed with their fabulous black fireplace!

This book is the perfect addition to your coffee table Style Spot (if you can put it down).
