Express Delivery
We can offer Special Delivery in the UK. If you require this service, please call us on 01444 253375 to make your order by telephone. This enables us to ensure that the item(s) are in stock and that the order makes its way to the dispatch on fast track.
Heavy Items and Furniture
We try as much as possible to send items within our Standard Delivery Charge. However, some products are fragile, heavy or oversized and therefore require specialist carriers or simply require extra insurance. Please note that the extra charge will insure that the product will reach you in perfect condition. In these cases the additional postage will be added automatically at the checkout page.

When paying by cheque, please allow 10 days for delivery as we have to allow time for the cheque to clear.

Returns & Exchanges
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email our Customer Services Department at services@rockettstgeorge.co.uk immediately so that we can arrange an exchange at your convenience.
Although we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will wish to return some items. Please email us at returns@rockettstgeorge.co.uk let let us know and post the item back within 14 days of receipt to the address below where we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note.

Please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt in case of any damage in transit. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will only be given on items returned in original packaging and a re-saleable condition
