In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please email us at services@rockettstgeorge.co.uk immediately so that we can arrange an exchange at your convenience.
Although we hope you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will wish to return some items. Please fill in the returns form that is sent with your order and post the item back within 14 days to the address below where we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note.

Please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt in case of any damage in transit. Rockett St George cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.
All overseas orders will be refunded in Sterling. Rockett St George cannot be held responsible for any fluxuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result. We would ask our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.
POSTAGE & PACKING
£4.95 will be charged for all orders within mainland UK, except for large furniture, mirrors and lighting. We will contact you directly with a quote for p&p on these items.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY
We try to keep our p&p prices to a minimum, but obviously international despatch can be costly. Our charges are as follows:
International Europe - £10 International US - £20 International Australia & NZ - £20 International Other - £20
These prices do not apply to heavier items such as furniture or mirrors. We will contact customers of larger items with quotes for delivery before we mail out.
DELIVERY TIME
Please allow 10 days for delivery. When paying by cheque please allow 5 extra days for clearance.

Delivery outside the UK is possible. Please contact us at contact@rockettstgeorge.co.uk for a quote. We will get in touch to discuss the best method of delivery for your area. Please note information on refunds regarding overseas orders.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Sadly, we cannot guarantee to carry all the items permanently in stock, although we do try our best. If an item is out of stock, we will advise you of an anticipated delivery date and place the order on the back-order to forward to you separate, if you wish.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We use PROTX as our payment provider.
