Some items are made to order and have a longer delivery time. In these cases this is specified
within the product information. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date.

On occasions orders may incur additional delivery charges due to weight and size. On these occasions we will contact the customer directly regarding this.
Rockett St George are not liable for any customs charges made in the recipients countries. The customer is completely responsible for these charges.

Returns & Exchanges
At Rockett St George, we want you you to love every item you purchase, however from time to time we understand that you might like to return an item so aim to make our returns policy as simple as possible. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return your item within 14 days to us in its original condition. Used or customer-damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please fill out the returns form that will be sent with your order.

We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.
Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you. If the exchanged item is for a lesser value then a refund will be issued for the difference, providing the return is made within the twenty eight day returns period. If the exchanged item is of a higher value a member of our Customer Service team will be in touch to take the additional payment.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
All orders (including overseas orders) will be refunded in Sterling. Rockett St George cannot be held responsible for any fluxuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result. We would ask our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.
